With another year completed, we reflected on the 2023 successes by looking back through the looking glass.

Back in January, we started working with Manchester-based charity, Wood Street Mission, on developing branding and campaign collateral. Wood Street Mission has been supporting children and families of Manchester for a staggering 150 years.

The next challenge: transforming a historic fire station on The University of Salford’s campus into a modern café, bar, and bakery. Preserving its historical charm, we aimed to create a cohesive brand and website, conveying the unique essence of the establishment. Blending the rich heritage of the building, traditional baking and brewing beer. Bringing new life to this iconic Salford location was a lot of fun with fantastic results achieved. The brand and styling compliments the venue perfectly.

“Through discovery and brand positioning Think really demonstrated they understood what we are trying to do achieve here, and despite multiple stakeholders, showed patience, expertise, creativity and professionalism, guiding us through the process.” Siobhan Youngs, Operations Manager, The Old Firestation, University of Salford

Existing client business development continues

New business is always fantastic but developing existing clients and relationships is just as exciting.

We continued our 2023 successes strengthening our relationship with building infrastructure group, Balfour Beatty plc. We helped develop a brand new WordPress based website solution. This included eight new sites and an online training web solution.

Entering our tenth year working with Manchester-based Showerdrape, we launched a new printed product catalogue. This included commercial product photography and the development of an SEO strategy, complemented by a PPC campaign.

We have continued to develop the Fresh Start Waste brand. From providing a new website, marketing support, SEO and PPC and printed brochure.

We repositioned Manchester Brick Specialists and created a new website with improved UX for their key market personas and created an online sample request service.

More new client collaborations

Back to new client wins, we had the amazing opportunity to work alongside Smyths Toys on their Christmas catalogue. After a successful pitch we were commissioned to create product spreads that brought their own products to life.

Liverpool-based property group, Downing commissioned us to develop their new corporate website. Due to launch anytime now!

There’s also an exciting project for Hettich UK we are working on. Reflecting on these 2023 successes, Think remains committed to delivering excellence in design and branding. Here’s to more remarkable achievements in the years to come!

It was a great year for us too, picking up 11 awards nominations and 4 winning entries. The rebrand of Keymer picking up 3 international design awards, and EMERGE Recycling picking up a converted BIMA Award.

In total, we welcomed 13 new clients this year, developed 23 new websites, received 11 awards nominations with 4 wins.

Thank you to all the clients we have worked with to give us the opportunity to showcase the team’s creative ambition.

Let’s hope the next 12 months are 2024 times better.

“I’ve worked with quite a few creative agencies over the years and THINK are by far my favourite so far. They have felt like an extension of my team which is so important when working with an agency. They’ve brought fresh ideas to the table and have pushed our brand guidelines to the max to give us something new and exciting. Their customer service is that of an in-house team – quick to respond, will push back if they need more time and are always friendly.”
