Brand identity design for Property Chase

A lovely little brand identity design for a local startup business called Property Chase. Run by Niall Hicks, Property Chase are a new property search business who specialise in searching for properties for investors to add to their portfolio, let out or whatever they choose to do.

Working throughout the Northwest, they focus on searching for properties throughout Lancashire and Manchester, and predominantly work with any UK based investor who would have £1 million plus to invest.

As such, the design needed to reflect the professionalism of the business and also appeal to the demographic they want to attract. The concept was to try and convey a floor plan of a property without it looking cliched. The result is a beautiful typographic solution that uses the initials P and C to create the logo design and a simplified for stylised floor plan that marries superbly with the typography. Using strong colours, the design gives Property Chase a really strong identity, now 6 months into trading. The next stage is the website which we are really looking forward to.

Property Chases director, Niall said:

“Recently I asked Think Design to create a company logo and the artwork for my new business. I have no complaints, from start to finish everything was on time and carried out as agreed, even with a few changes. I was really pleased with the final design as it works well with my business name. I will definitely use him again when required.”
